Our studio
A neural image studio rooted in Leslieville
Pixel Neural AI operates from Suite 205 on Queen Street East — in the creative corridor between Leslieville and the east-end gallery district. We are a visual-AI consultancy and image production studio, not a software vendor, not a training academy, and not a general automation shop.
What "Pixel Neural" actually means
The name is deliberate. Pixel refers to image output — the visual pixels your audience sees on screens, in print and across campaign channels. It does not refer to pixel-art game tools, monitor hardware or screen calibration products. Neural refers to neural-network image models — diffusion architectures, LoRA weights, control nets — the technical substrate of modern AI image generation. It does not refer to neuroscience, brain health or general data science.
Together, the name describes what we do: build neural image pipelines that produce on-brand pixels for client organizations. Our work sits at the intersection of prompt engineering craft, visual direction and production discipline — the unglamorous middle between "generate anything" demos and assets your brand can actually ship.

How we work
Our team combines senior creatives, art directors and pipeline specialists who have shipped visual work for Canadian SMEs, scale-ups and enterprise marketing teams. We do not list fabricated individual credentials or invented awards — the work speaks through process transparency instead.
Every engagement begins with discovery. We want to understand your brand constraints, approval chains, existing style references and realistic timelines before proposing a diffusion workflow. Prototype runs happen early so you see first drafts while scope is still adjustable. Production delivery includes documentation — prompt templates, model versions, guardrail settings — so your team is not dependent on our studio indefinitely.
We work in project and retainer models. Project engagements suit defined batches — a product launch, a campaign refresh, a visual system build. Retainers suit teams needing ongoing image production with a standing human review loop and a predictable monthly roadmap.
Senior creatives lead every engagement — from brief to final frame.
Responsible AI, stated plainly
We believe AI image generation is a production tool — not a replacement for creative judgement and not a shortcut around ethical obligations. Our responsible-AI practices include:
- No deepfakes or impersonation. We do not create deceptive synthetic media of real individuals without explicit, documented consent.
- Human-in-the-loop review on every delivery. Automated generation without human oversight is not a service we offer.
- Honest scope. We tell you what diffusion models can approximate and where they fail — label text, fine material texture, legal-sensitive elements.
- PIPEDA-aligned data handling. Prompts, reference images and client materials are processed under documented data governance practices.
- No guaranteed outcomes. We do not promise photorealism, virality, ROI or brand accuracy as headline claims.
Canada-first, North America-ready
We are incorporated in Ontario and serve the Canadian market as our primary focus. Most of our client brands operate across Canada; several engagements extend to North American campaigns with jurisdiction-specific review for visual content. Our studio hours follow Eastern Time, and all project pricing is quoted in CAD.
The Leslieville location is intentional. Queen Street East sits among design studios, independent galleries, print shops and production houses — the kind of neighbourhood where visual craft is taken seriously. We belong in that context: a small, focused AI image studio that cares about how pixels read in the real world.
