1. Agreement to terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website pixelneuralai.pro (the "Website") operated by Pixel Neural AI Studio Inc. ("Pixel Neural AI," "we," "us," or "our"), a corporation incorporated in the Province of Ontario, Canada. By accessing or using the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Website.

Separate written agreements govern paid client engagements for AI image-generation, visual-AI consultancy and image production services. Where a client agreement conflicts with these Terms regarding project deliverables, the client agreement prevails.

2. Organization and governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario for disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Website, subject to any rights you may have under consumer protection legislation.

3. Brand and domain interpretation

The name "Pixel Neural AI" and the domain pixelneuralai.pro refer to a professional AI image-generation studio and visual-AI consultancy. For clarity:

  • "Pixel" refers to image output — visual pixels in digital and print media for client brands. It does not refer to pixel-art game engines, retro gaming tools, monitor hardware, screen calibration products or display technology sales.
  • "Neural" refers to neural-network image models used in AI image generation, including diffusion architectures, LoRA fine-tuning and related visual-AI technologies. It does not refer to neuroscience, brain health, cognitive science research or general machine-learning consultancy unrelated to image production.
  • ".pro" is a top-level domain used for professional branding. It does not imply regulatory certification beyond our stated business registration.

Pixel Neural AI is a professional services firm delivering image production and creative consultancy. We are not a course provider, training academy, software-as-a-service product, deepfake service, financial advisory firm or general automation consultancy.

4. Website content and intellectual property

All content on the Website — including text, graphics, logos, photographs, design elements, code and the "Neural Lattice" visual identity — is owned by Pixel Neural AI Studio Inc. or used under licence, and is protected by Canadian and international copyright, trademark and intellectual property laws.

You may view, download and print Website content for personal, non-commercial reference. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, sell, or exploit Website content without our prior written consent, except as permitted by applicable law.

Client-generated images and project deliverables are governed by separate project agreements specifying ownership and usage rights. Nothing on this Website transfers ownership of client project assets.

5. AI-generated imagery disclaimer

Our studio provides professional AI image-generation consulting, creative direction and production services, including text-to-image pipelines, visual systems, product and campaign imagery, refinement workflows and related visual-AI delivery for client organizations. The following disclaimers apply to all services and Website content describing our work:

  • We do not guarantee specific business outcomes, revenue, cost savings, photorealism, brand accuracy, virality, search rankings, leads, sales or return on investment.
  • AI image models can produce inaccurate, off-brand, distorted, incomplete or inappropriate output. All generated imagery requires human review and oversight before use.
  • Results depend on many factors outside our control, including brief quality, style references, project scope, budget, model limitations and how images are ultimately used.
  • Case studies, metrics and figures shown on the Website reflect past client work and are illustrative — not promises of future performance.
  • We do not warrant that any generated image will be error-free, legally clear for every jurisdiction, or free from third-party intellectual property conflicts.

You are responsible for verifying the suitability of any imagery for your intended use, including obtaining necessary rights clearances and regulatory approvals where applicable.

6. Prohibited uses and acceptable conduct

You agree not to use the Website or our services to:

  • Request or facilitate creation of deepfakes, celebrity likeness clones, identity impersonation or other deceptive synthetic media
  • Generate content intended to mislead, defraud, harass, threaten or defame individuals or organizations
  • Violate any applicable law, regulation or third-party rights
  • Transmit malware, spam, or automated scraping tools that impair Website function
  • Attempt unauthorized access to our systems, client data or third-party infrastructure
  • Misrepresent your affiliation with Pixel Neural AI or imply endorsement without written permission
  • Use the Website for any purpose related to crypto/NFT promotion, multi-level marketing, "AI income" schemes or unlicensed financial products

We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate access and report unlawful activity to appropriate authorities.

7. No deepfake or impersonation services

Pixel Neural AI explicitly does not offer deepfake creation, voice cloning, celebrity likeness reproduction or any service designed to deceive viewers about the identity of depicted individuals. Enquiries requesting such services will be declined. This prohibition is a core element of our responsible-AI practice and is non-negotiable.

8. Third-party links and tools

The Website may reference or link to third-party tools, platforms and resources used in our image-generation workflows. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, availability, privacy practices or terms. Links do not constitute endorsement. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their respective terms.

9. Contact form submissions

When you submit our contact form, you represent that the information provided is accurate and that you have authority to submit it. You consent to our use of submitted information as described in our Privacy Policy. We reserve the right to decline enquiries that fall outside our service scope or violate these Terms.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

THE WEBSITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT AND ACCURACY. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE WEBSITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

Information on the Website is for general informational purposes regarding our studio services. It does not constitute legal, financial, medical or professional advice in any field other than the creative and technical services we explicitly offer under separate engagement agreements.

11. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, PIXEL NEURAL AI STUDIO INC. AND ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE WEBSITE OR RELIANCE ON ITS CONTENT, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT, NEGLIGENCE OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS ARISING FROM WEBSITE USE SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED CANADIAN DOLLARS (C$100.00). THIS LIMITATION DOES NOT APPLY TO LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE EXCLUDED UNDER APPLICABLE CONSUMER PROTECTION LAW.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pixel Neural AI Studio Inc. and its personnel from claims, damages, losses and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, misuse of the Website, or infringement of third-party rights through your conduct.

13. Changes to terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. The "Last updated" date indicates the current version. Continued use of the Website after changes constitutes acceptance of revised Terms. Material changes will be posted on this page.

14. Severability and entire agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement regarding Website use, superseding prior understandings on that subject.
